3. Booking 24hours pre-advice during the week and 48hours on week-end.

4. Cancellation: 24hours in advance during the week and 48hous on week-end otherwise 100% of the fare will be invoiced to you.

5. Lausanne, the passengers must be ready for pick up at the time indicated by us otherwise driver is not waiting for you.

6. Geneva, the driver will wait passengers inside the airport in front of the desk information with a board panel showing your name and our logo ASE.

7. The customers absent at time of appointment, the 100% will be invoiced to them, except Force Majeure.

8. Additional charge 10.- CHF. in the week-end and holidays.
